Job summary

Penn Interactive is seeking a Senior Technology Vendor Manager to oversee the governance and lifecycle management of the company's technology vendor portfolio. You will coordinate with technology leaders, legal, sourcing, finance, and vendors to ensure contracts, renewals, approvals, invoicing, and performance activities are executed efficiently.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in vendor management, governance, procurement operations, contract management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to coordinate across legal, sourcing, finance, business, and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, contract administration, and procurement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of technology vendors from evaluation and onboarding through renewal or termination.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of technology vendors, ownership assignments, contracts, key milestones, and governance records.
• Coordinate contract reviews, renewals, approvals, and vendor governance activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate vendor reviews and business discussions, ensuring engaged stakeholders and tracked commitments.
• Support vendor evaluations, competitive assessments, sourcing initiatives, and market analysis.
• Maintain visibility into vendor performance, spend, contract obligations, risks, and upcoming renewal activities.
• Develop reporting and governance processes that improve accountability, transparency, and decision-making.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.
