Job summary

Penn Interactive is seeking a Senior Technology Vendor Manager to govern PENN’s technology vendor portfolio and coordinate across legal, sourcing, finance, and technology teams. You will oversee onboarding, renewals, and performance tracking for vendors spanning cloud, gaming systems, and enterprise software.

You’ll drive governance, KPI reporting, and cost visibility while building strong cross-functional partnerships and ensuring accountability across a complex vendor landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in vendor management, vendor governance, procurement operations, contract management, PMO, business operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor portfolios and coordinating stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, contract administration, procurement processes, and governance practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively with legal, sourcing, finance, business, and technology teams.
• Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting information to senior leaders and executives.
• Experience building operational processes, reporting, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of technology vendors from evaluation and onboarding through renewal or termination.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of technology vendors, ownership assignments, contracts, key milestones, and governance records.
• Coordinate contract reviews, renewals, approvals, and vendor governance activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate vendor reviews and business discussions, ensuring the appropriate stakeholders are engaged and commitments are tracked through completion.
• Support vendor evaluations, competitive assessments, sourcing initiatives, and market analysis efforts.
• Maintain visibility into vendor performance, spend, contract obligations, risks, and upcoming renewal activities.
• Develop reporting and governance processes that improve accountability, transparency, and decision‑making.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.
• Other duties as required.
