Job summary
PENN Entertainment’s Technology Enablement team is seeking a Senior Technology Vendor Manager to govern PENN's technology vendor portfolio, spanning cloud, AI tools, gaming tech, and more. You will coordinate between technology leadership, legal, sourcing, and finance to ensure timely contract activity and strong vendor performance.
You will drive governance, reporting, and accountability across multiple stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- 8+ years in vendor management, governance, procurement ops, or PMO.
- Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, contracts, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor lifecycle from evaluation to renewal or termination.
- Maintain a centralized inventory of vendors, ownership, contracts, and milestones.
- Coordinate contract reviews, renewals, approvals, and governance activities across stakeholders.
- Lead vendor reviews and business discussions with engaged stakeholders and track commitments.
- Support vendor evaluations, competitive analyses, sourcing initiatives, and market analysis.
