EP Wealth Advisors is seeking a senior leader to drive Technology Support Services, governing the employee-facing technology support model and the ITSM platform strategy. The role emphasizes accountability, proactive support, and scalable processes across offices and remote environments.

You will partner with security, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality support, knowledge management, and post–go-live hypercare for complex transitions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT service management, technology support services, or IT operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms and service-delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Support Services across service desk operations and escalations.
• Own ITSM solution design, governance, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure quality service levels, CSAT, and knowledge management.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and asset management for employees.
