Job summary

DYOPATH is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for Private Equity & M&A to advise PE sponsors, operating partners, and portfolio executives. This remote role focuses on technology strategy, due diligence, integrations, and value creation across a national portfolio. Occasional after-hours support and travel may be required.

The role emphasizes executive advisory, market leadership, and delivering measurable business outcomes through technology modernization, cybersecurity, and MSP capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Seven or more years of client-facing technology consulting, managed services, or related experience.
• Experience leading complex pursuits and executive engagements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements from discovery through solution development and transition to delivery.
• Support technology due diligence, acquisitions, integrations, and separation planning.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business recommendations for executives.
• Assist in pursuit leadership, proposals, and executive presentations.
