Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology sourcing initiatives across software, cloud, hardware, AI, and IT services. This contract role is remote within the U.S.

and pays about $65-70 per hour. You will manage end-to-end sourcing events, engage suppliers, run RFPs/RFQs, negotiate, and execute contracts, while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in technology sourcing or strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract execution.
• Deep knowledge of software, cloud, hardware, AI, and IT services.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology sourcing events, including supplier engagement, RFPs/RFQs, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Develop sourcing strategies across software, cloud, hardware, telecommunications, AI, and technology services.
• Analyze spend, TCO, costs, and supplier risks to develop data-driven sourcing recommendations.
• Partner with senior leadership, stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to drive sourcing decision and consensus.
• Improve sourcing process, governance, and technology solutions to support procurement transformation and responsible buying.
