Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is seeking a PMO Coordinator to strengthen how technology initiatives are intake, prioritized, governed, and reported across the organization. This role combines governance with hands-on Jira expertise and executive-level communication.

You will own the intake process, optimize Jira workflows, lead governance with senior leadership, and drive weekly status reporting while identifying improvement opportunities through AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience building and evolving PMO governance and intake processes.
• Hands-on Jira administration and workflow optimization.
• Strong communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery.
• Experience applying AI to automate or improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the intake process, serving as the central point of contact for new projects and initiatives.
• Administer and optimize Jira, including infrastructure, integrations, workflows, reporting, and SDLC standards.
• Lead PMO governance, prioritization, and approval processes in partnership with executive leadership.
• Drive consistent weekly project reporting, coordinating with project leads to capture milestones, risks, blockers, and key updates.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, using technology and AI where appropriate to improve PMO operations.
