You will lead hands-on, high-impact training sessions on low and medium voltage electrical distribution products, delivering exceptional service along the training journey. You will collaborate with SMEs to tailor content, develop materials, and coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual sessions, while continually improving training effectiveness and content depth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering plus minimum 6 years of experience in electrical/technical industry.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution system equipment and applications is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; travel up to 30% across North America; ability to work independently from any location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the training journey.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning needs and develop accurate training content.
• Lead a hybrid model of training between themselves and SMEs to ensure effective delivery of programs.
• Develop materials, coordinate logistics, tailor content, and facilitate in-person and virtual sessions; gather feedback and continuously improve content.
