Job summary

PCT is seeking a Talent Partner to own end-to-end technical searches for engineering and related roles. You will partner with founders and technical leaders to set hiring criteria and drive searches with urgency.

You’ll build repeatable, high-quality interview processes, conduct deep market intelligence, and create diverse candidate pipelines. This role is fully remote with some overlap across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior and staff+ technical searches.
• Ability to partner with founders and VP-level leaders.
• Strong in building repeatable, scalable recruiting processes.
• Proficient in data-driven recruiting and reporting.
• Experience with ATS (Ashby is a bonus).
• Comfort with remote collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle technical searches across Engineering and adjacent functions for clients.
• Partner directly with founders and VP-level leaders to qualify roles and hire criteria.
• Build and coach clients through structured, high-signal interview processes.
• Conduct deep talent mapping and competitive analysis to locate top candidates.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Screen and evaluate senior+ technical talent with strong judgment.
• Track pipeline health and progress using data to optimize approaches.
• Collaborate with Technical Sourcers to align targeting strategy.
