Centric Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our remote North America team. You will deliver exceptional customer support and technical guidance with a focus on North America customers, handling inquiries and providing efficient solutions.

Your role includes working with R&D, Services, Cloud Operations, and Pre‑sales to resolve issues and meet project timelines. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role, experience with software

Qualifications

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
Experience in software installation, database management and cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with PLM/PDM solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

Resolve customer queries and issues promptly, adhering to SLAs.
Collaborate with R&D, Services, Cloud Operations, and Pre-sales teams to address bugs and ensure project timelines.
Manage complex customer accounts and understand their hardware and software setups.
React quickly to major customer issues.
Ensure system availability and functionality for customers.
Analyze complex problems and propose solutions.
Establish credibility with internal and external customers.
Achieve proficiency in Centric 8 software installation and functionality.
