Job summary

Blaze Talent is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer for AI Infrastructure on a remote 6-month contract (US-based). The role focuses on building top-of-funnel talent for AI compute, networking, and power systems, embedded within a premier engineering organization.

You will source for highly specialized roles like GPU/TPU Kernel Engineers, Distributed Systems Architects, and AI Platform Engineers, working with Engineering Directors to set the 'bar' for talent.

Qualifications

• AI Infrastructure sourcing experience required.
• 5+ years of deep-tech sourcing experience, preferably at CSP or AI startup.
• Fluency in screening for low-level programming and distributed frameworks.
• Experience with Ashby ATS is a plus.
• Ability to operate during US business hours (PST preferred).

Responsibilities

• Market mapping & intelligence across hyperscalers, chipmakers, and AI labs.
• Deep-technical sourcing for GPU/TPU Kernel Engineers, Distributed Systems Architects, and AI Platform Engineers.
• Strategic outreach that resonates with senior engineers in AI infra.
• Calibration with Engineering Directors and VPs on talent bar and market trends.
• Pipeline optimization using GitHub, ArXiv, Slack, and open-source contributions.
• Drive high-velocity delivery keeping a white-glove candidate experience.
