Job summary

Zoom is seeking a hands-on Technical SEO Leader to own the SEO foundation across a multi-platform web ecosystem, including Optimizely CMS, WordPress, and custom front-ends. You will translate search strategy into scalable production solutions and work with leadership to elevate organic visibility and revenue.

Lead the roadmap for crawlability, indexation, structured data, and performance enhancements, while building automated tooling and governance across Web Engineering and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical SEO, web engineering, or a related discipline, with leadership in large-scale B2B SaaS/enterprise tech environments.
• Hands-on with crawl/indexing, rendering, canonicalization, redirects, URL architecture, structured data, and JS-based apps.
• Experience improving Core Web Vitals and web performance across complex ecosystems.
• Ability to implement SEO capabilities directly in CMS/codebase and automate workflows.
• Knowledge of AI/search readiness including semantic HTML and schema.org.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical SEO roadmap across Zoom's global web ecosystem.
• Translate SEO/AEO requirements into technical designs and production implementations.
• Own crawlability, indexability, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, redirects, URL architecture, and structured data.
• Build reusable SEO capabilities and automated tooling for scalable deployment.
• Drive Core Web Vitals improvements and performance optimizations across platforms.
• Develop automated testing, monitoring, dashboards, and CI/CD quality gates.
