Job summary

Zoom is seeking a hands-on Technical SEO leader to own the foundation across a multi-platform web ecosystem, including Optimizely, WordPress, and custom apps. You will translate search strategy into scalable production solutions, driving Core Web Vitals and AI-ready infrastructure.

You will collaborate with SEO and Website Engineering leadership to deliver measurable improvements in organic visibility, pipeline, and revenue, shaping how Zoom surfaces in search and AI discovery platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading technical SEO initiatives across large-scale websites and web apps in B2B SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Hands-on with JavaScript, PHP, HTML and CSS to diagnose and fix SEO issues in codebase and CMS.
• Experience improving Core Web Vitals, rendering, caching, CDNs, and server performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical SEO roadmap across Zoom's global web ecosystem and prioritize initiatives from audits and crawl data.
• Translate SEO/AEO requirements into technical designs and production implementations across CMSs and modern frontend frameworks.
• Own solutions for crawlability, indexation, sitemaps, canonicalization, redirects, URL architecture, metadata, structured data, internal linking, hreflang, and JavaScript rendering.
