Job summary

Zoom is seeking an experienced Technical SEO Leader to own the technical SEO foundation across a multi-platform web ecosystem, including Optimizely CMS, WordPress, and custom applications. You will translate search strategy into scalable production solutions and drive core web vitals, automated testing, and governance across teams.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Content, and Web Engineering to ensure Zoom's discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical SEO, web engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record leading technical SEO initiatives across large-scale websites and web apps.
• Experience connecting technical SEO work to measurable organic visibility and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical SEO roadmap across Zoom's global web ecosystem and translate data into scalable solutions.
• Translate SEO requirements into technical designs, specs, and production implementations across CMS and modern frontend frameworks.
• Own crawlability, indexation, rendering, canonicalization, redirects, URL architecture, metadata, and structured data.
• Build reusable SEO capabilities and automation to be inherited across platforms.
• Drive Core Web Vitals and performance improvements including LCP, CLS, and rendering performance.
• Develop automated testing, monitoring, dashboards, CI/CD gates, and alerting for SEO issues in production.
• Establish technical SEO standards and governance across Optimizely, WordPress, and custom apps.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable technical solutions impacting visibility and revenue.
• Ensure alignment with AI search and agentic-web standards for future readiness.
