Job summary

The Newberry Group is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical and professional roles supporting federal government customers. You will partner with senior leadership and hiring managers across the organization to build talent pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure staffing for critical programs.

The role is fully remote within the United States and requires US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of technical recruiting experience, including TS/SCI clearances.
• Experience recruiting for government contractors, defense contractors, or federal agencies.
• Proven ability to proactively identify, source, and engage passive candidates.
• Proven success recruiting highly specialized technical professionals in competitive or cleared roles.
• Knowledge of federal contracting environments, labor categories, and contract staffing requirements.
• Experience supporting onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding coordination.
• Recruit for highly specialized IT roles including cybersecurity, engineering, AI, cloud, and program management.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and staffing plans.
• Coordinate interviews and communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruiting metrics, pipeline status, and ATS data.
