Newberry Group seeks an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical and professional positions supporting federal government customers. The role reports to the Senior Director of People, Culture & Performance and partners with senior leaders to staff critical programs.

This fully remote role within the U.S. requires US citizenship and may entail limited travel to hiring events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of technical recruiting experience for clearances (Secret to TS/SCI).
• Experience with government/defense contractors or federal agencies.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit for IT, cybersecurity, engineering, PM, and other specialized roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Partner with managers to plan workforce requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Track recruiting metrics and ATS data.
