NSS seeks a Corporate Technical Recruiter to support a government contracting customer. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of technical recruiting experience in the federal space and be a US citizen based in the US.

This 100% virtual role handles open requisitions for Nuclear Engineers, Software/Systems Engineers, and Cybersecurity Engineers, managing client and candidate relationships and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional full life-cycle technical recruiting experience in the government contracting space.
• Experience recruiting Nuclear Engineers, Software/Systems Engineers, and Cybersecurity Engineers is a plus.
• US citizen with ability to work 100% virtually from the US.

Responsibilities

• Initiates contact with potential qualified candidates for specific job openings.
• Full life-cycle technical recruiting including screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
• Reviews applicants and coordinates interviews to determine fit and salary requirements.
