Job summary

Dragos is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to own delivery across IT initiatives, coordinating Procurement, Systems Engineering, IT Security Engineering, and business units. You will drive sourcing, PO milestones, vendor onboarding, deployment, and post-go-live adoption with an AI-enabled approach.

The role emphasizes hands-on deployment, risk assessment, and clear ownership across complex handoffs, reporting to the Staff Program Manager, Business Operations & Enablement.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years managing technical IT projects end to end in enterprise or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on SaaS deployments, integrations (SSO/SAML), provisioning, and data migration.
• Procurement lifecycle experience: quotes, PO approvals, vendor onboarding.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Excellent written communication and ability to influence without direct authority.
• AI-native working style and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned technical projects across cross-functional teams.
• Drive the procurement-to-deployment lifecycle as a single project.
• Manage SaaS deployments and system integrations, including data migration and go-live.
• Define and enforce handoff criteria between intake, design, procurement, build, and deployment.
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and dependency maps in Jira and Confluence.
• Own stakeholder communication for the full project lifecycle.
• Manage risk, issue resolution, and change control with recommendations.
• Hold vendors and partners accountable to scope and milestones.
• Represent projects through Change Advisory Board reviews, including security gates.
• Improve the delivery system with templates, automation, and reporting standards.
• Report project health to IT leadership including schedule, cycle time, and spend.
