Job summary

Dragos is seeking a senior-level Technical Product Manager to join the Delivery team. You will own how the Dragos Platform is packaged, released, and delivered across on-premises, Dragos-hosted cloud, customer-hosted cloud, and hybrid deployments.

You will partner with Engineering, Technical Leads, and Product Marketing to align releases, upgrades, and artifacts across regions. Remote-first team across NA, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC emphasizes collaboration and customer-focused delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software.
Experience in release management and platform delivery across multiple form factors.
Strong technical fluency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Ability to write and publish technical docs, release notes, and reference architectures.
Experience coordinating with Engineering, Product Marketing, Support, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

Draft and publish documentation for Delivery and Cloud Services teams on release processes and upgrade paths.
Maintain relationships with Microsoft, AWS, and Google for cloud environments and Dragos Platform forms.
Publish release notes for Major, Minor, and Patch releases via internal announcements.
Coordinate release mechanisms to make artifacts publicly available.
Develop internal release architectures and ensure on-schedule execution with Technical Leads and Product Managers.
Coordinate customer-facing reference architecture updates with Product Marketing.
Engage with customers and customer-facing teams to validate use cases and deployment flexibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and communicate requirements to Engineering.
