Job summary

Dragos is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across the IT portfolio within a remote-first team spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. You will be the single accountable owner on each project, coordinating with Procurement, Systems Engineering, IT Security, and business units to ensure timely, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years delivering technical IT projects end to end in a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth setting.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS deployments and system integrations, including SSO/SAML and data migration.
• Experience managing procurement, POs, vendor onboarding, and security reviews as part of project delivery.
• Excellent written communication and ability to summarize technical detail for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned technical projects across Procurement, Systems Engineering, IT Security Engineering, and the business unit.
• Drive procurement-to-deployment lifecycle from sourcing to rollout.
• Manage SaaS deployments and system integrations, including provisioning, data migration, and go-live.
• Define and enforce handoff criteria between intake, design, procurement, build, and deployment stages.
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and dependency maps in Jira/Confluence.
• Represent projects through Change Advisory Board reviews with security gate and governance compliance.
