Job summary

System Automation is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year government software implementations on the Evoke platform. This remote role requires hands-on engagement in requirements, configuration decisions, and data migrations to ensure contractual scope is met.

Ideal candidates have strong engagement with external clients, experience delivering under contract, and the ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering external, customer-facing software implementations under contract.
• Hands-on with requirements gathering, data migrations, and production readiness.
• Experience managing mixed teams of employees and contractors.
• Ability to translate technical tradeoffs for executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee requirements gathering and prioritization traced to contract scope with clear acceptance criteria.
• Guide configuration vs development tradeoffs with Solution Architects & Functional Consultants.
• Lead complex data migrations including mapping, mock conversions, and cutover readiness.
• Review approaches, identify gaps and risks before locking in the project plan.
• Stay current on Evoke releases and surface platform gaps to product/engineering.
• Translate platform constraints and compliance into planning and design decisions.
• Own full project lifecycle for multi-year government implementations.
