Job summary

Presidio seeks a Cloud Migration Architect to lead end-to-end cloud migration initiatives across enterprise environments. You will design migration strategies, select cloud models, and collaborate with DevOps, security, and networking teams to ensure secure, scalable transitions.

The role emphasizes architecture design, rehosting, re-platforming, risk assessment, governance, and ongoing optimization post-migration, with a focus on cost control and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT industry experience and 3+ years of cloud migration experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of IaaS and PaaS services; basic cloud security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud strategy and planning for migration projects.
• Design cloud architectures and migration paths (rehosting, re-platforming, re-architecting).
• Oversee execution, data/app migration, and integration with cloud-native services.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance during migration.
• Monitor performance, optimize costs, and drive post-migration improvements.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and networking teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
