You will oversee hardware and software solutions, ensure security, and drive automation initiatives including RPA using Power Automate and UiPath, with experience on Epic or similar EHR/RCM platforms.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT engineering.
• Experience with .NET, C#, APIs, and multiple programming languages.
• Familiarity with Epic or similar EHR/RCM systems.
• Experience managing vendors and SaaS partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT policies to secure and optimize systems.
• Lead automation and RPA initiatives using Power Automate or UiPath.
• Oversee integration of enterprise file management with IT infrastructure.
• Provide training and support to end-users of enterprise technologies.
• Monitor system performance and security, and report to management.
