Job summary

OEC is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the partner integration space across our mechanical platforms. You will work with engineering, business development, and partner-facing teams to define and execute the company's API strategy, driving end-to-end integration monetization and onboarding.

You will lead roadmap, governance, experiments, and cross-team delivery, ensuring high-quality documentation, measurable adoption, and scalable partner solutions across the OEC platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant analytical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in technical product management with APIs and platform governance.
• 3+ years in B2B integrations including onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Experience shipping partner-facing products/APIs with adoption metrics and business impact.
• Hands-on with REST, webhooks, punchout (cXML/OCI), and SSO standards (OAuth, SAML).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with engineering, BD, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner integration roadmap across mechanical platforms and partner APIs, onboarding, and monetization workflows.
• Define and evangelize API strategy; establish a vision for partner connections, transactions, and scale.
• Implement OKRs and success metrics; maintain a measurement-first culture.
• Develop experiments and phased rollouts to improve activation, time-to-value, and adoption.
• Lead delivery with engineering, product design, and BD teams to design and ship new integration capabilities.
• Own onboarding tooling, including partner questionnaires and authentication standards.
