Job summary

BILL is hiring a Senior Partner Support Engineer to deliver exceptional technical support to embedded partners, manage service requests and projects, and troubleshoot API integrations within SLA. You will work closely with Partner Engineering and the broader Platform Engineering team to ensure smooth partner experiences.

The role requires deep API knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across Engineering, Customer Success, Partner Managers, Product, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience supporting customers or partners at the highest level in a complex software or SaaS environment.
• Experience with APIs, SSO, MDM, and web service protocol development.
• Experience with JSON, XML, and other information interchange formats and structures.
• Experience with REST API development.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to embedded partners and manage service requests and projects.
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues and triage high-priority incidents within SLA.
• Coordinate with Engineering across teams for partner initiatives and special projects.
• Support API developers building integrations with our platform.
• Advocate for partner and API needs to improve the platform.
