Job summary
Plug is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Commercial to own the platform for our OEM and commercial partners. You will lead the end-to-end partner experience, working closely with engineering and sales to design APIs and scalable software that partners rely on daily.
You will report to the SVP of Product & Technology, operate as a senior individual contributor, and own high-impact partner relationships, with relocation support for candidates as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management for B2B SaaS with enterprise customers.
- Experience managing external partners and internal teams such as sales, ops, and eng.
- Fluency in platform and API product design, including exposing internal APIs to partners.
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools; ability to demonstrate builds.
Responsibilities
- Own the OEM and commercial partner platform end-to-end.
- Design and own the APIs connecting Plug to partner systems and third-party tools.
- Migrate partners from manual processes to scalable software.
- Own end-to-end experience for high-value partner relationships with engineering collaboration.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering to reflect real partner needs in the platform.
- Build usable, reliable B2B SaaS relied on by enterprise partners.
