Job summary

Proven Software, Inc. is seeking a remote Senior Technical Product Manager to own an integrated EHR platform module set. You will decide what to build, in what order, and what not to build, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical health.

You'll own the roadmap, write precise requirements, and collaborate with engineers and the Chief Software Architect to ensure high-quality releases and robust testing across clinical, billing, scheduling, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management on complex, multi-module software.
• Track record of owning a roadmap and defending it under pressure.
• Strong requirements and test-case writing.
• Systems thinking: what else does this touch?
• The technical depth to work closely with engineers without writing code.
• Comfort with AI tools, and the judgment to know when not to trust them.
• Ability to balance product priorities, quality, and risk without slowing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap by weighing customer requests, sales commitments, compliance deadlines and technical health to produce an actionable plan.
• Push back on requests that don’t fit with clear reasoning and tradeoffs.
• Protect the system by assessing cross-module touches and defining testing requirements.
• Write requirements developers can build from, including workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Own quality standards with test cases and UAT guides; improve AI-assisted regression testing.
• Drive release readiness; ensure defects and risks are documented before release.
• Partner with the Chief Software Architect on scope, design tradeoffs and readiness.
