Job summary

Ladders, a leader in Aerospace & Defense, seeks a Manager of Technical Project Management to guide large-scale systems integration and data migration for mission-critical operations. This role directs cross-functional teams, coordinates implementation planning, and ensures operational readiness and cutover success.

You will manage dependencies among engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders, oversee production readiness, and drive major workstreams across interfaces and data moves.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical project/program management experience in enterprise systems.
• Experience leading large-scale systems integration initiatives involving APIs, EDI, and multi-system connectivity.
• Proven track record in managing large data migrations for mission-critical systems.
• Healthcare payer or claims processing experience, especially with institutional and professional claims.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architectures, integration testing, and production cutover processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineers and government customers.
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical initiatives in systems integration and data migration for mission-critical claims processing operations.
• Develop and manage integrated implementation plans for interfaces and operational readiness.
• Coordinate technical activities across various teams, including application development and infrastructure.
• Conduct interface discovery and planning, ensuring production readiness.
• Oversee complex data migration activities, ensuring data quality and validation.
• Drive resolution of technical issues and dependencies across teams.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams and manage a major production workstream.
