You will partner with business units to translate workforce requirements into practical platform enhancements, improve adoption, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
- Expertise in workforce planning or platform ownership in complex organizations.
- Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning and understanding of workforce forecasting.
- Experience defining requirements and leading user acceptance testing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as functional owner for workforce planning platforms, aligning them with business unit needs.
- Lead monthly workforce planning cycles and annual planning calendars.
- Translate user needs into functional requirements and manage backlog priorities.
- Establish a capability roadmap for planning platforms balancing reliability and user experience.
- Drive functional testing, business acceptance, and resolve recurring issues.
- Expand platform adoption through rollout planning and training.
- Connect planning outputs with long-term workforce strategic decisions.
