Job summary

Guidehealth is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Specialist to lead onboarding of clinical data and payer data, manage complex integration projects, and ensure successful go-lives of AI-driven healthcare solutions.

You will coordinate with clinical and technical stakeholders, design data flows, document processes, and drive QA to deliver reliable integrations across platforms. This is a fully remote US-based role with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technical field.
• 3+ years of healthcare data integration or analytics experience.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, CCDA, XML, JSON.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, SNOMED, NPI, RXNORM.
• ETL, data normalization, SFTP, and API integrations.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• SQL, Python, and Bash for data tasks.
• Experience leading healthcare tech implementations.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact during onboarding and implementation.
• Manage data and tech integration projects including EMR and vendor integrations.
• Facilitate conversations and design data flow diagrams for projects.
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical configs.
• Create and maintain integration docs and SOPs.
• Perform data QA and validation with scripts and checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with teams.
• Manage go-live planning and post-implementation support.
