Guidehealth is a data-powered healthcare company focused on improving health outcomes and reducing costs. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support clinical, operational, and leadership data needs, gathering requirements and building incisive analyses from diverse data sources.

You will present work to internal and external audiences, drive decision making, and ensure analyses are well-documented and maintainable. This is a fully remote, mission-driven role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least three years of professional experience in data analytics, or a master's degree with independent research experience.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and curiosity about data.
• Experience analyzing healthcare data with knowledge of ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, DRG, NDC, revenue codes, and claim file layouts.
• SQL proficiency with large, imperfect datasets and readable queries.
• Proficiency in Python or R and data visualization tools.
• Experience presenting analytic results to stakeholders or clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide-ranging portfolio of analytic needs across internal teams and external clients.
• Work with healthcare data sources to produce reliable analytic datasets.
• Design and deliver analyses addressing business and clinical questions from scoping to presentation.
• Own client builds end-to-end and maintain deliverables over time.
• Support value-based care programs with quality and cost measures.
• Communicate findings with clear visuals to non-technical audiences.
• Document methodology and known data limitations for reproducibility.
