Job summary

Guidehealth in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Specialist to lead onboarding of clinical data, payer data and manage technical implementation projects with healthcare vendors. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in technical implementation, data integration, or data analytics in healthcare
• Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, CCDA, XML, JSON
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, SNOMED, NPI, RXNORM
• ETL pipeline, data normalization/processing, SFTP, and API connections
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• SQL, Python, Bash for data querying and scripting
• Led technical implementation projects in healthcare (client/vendor onboarding)
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Understanding of care management, risk adjustment, quality improvement, revenue cycle
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Act as technical point of contact during onboarding and implementation
• Manage data and tech integration projects including EMR and API connections
• Design and document data flows and integration configurations
• Translate clinical requirements into technical workflows
• Create and maintain integration docs and SOPs
• Perform data QA and validation
• Troubleshoot integration issues with engineering/vendor/client teams
• Lead go-live planning, execution, and post-implementation support
