You will build deep customer relationships, coordinate high-value services, and lead onboarding while promoting value from our NDR platform.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data interpretation, and proactive customer engagement within a hybrid work environment, leveraging Salesforce and advanced Excel analytics.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree, preferably in a technical field such as MIS or information technology.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise IT applications or networking support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and promote high-value use of the company in the customer's environment.
• Secure renewals and identify growth opportunities by driving successful outcomes.
• Engage end-users to provide targeted assistance and enablement.
• Lead onboarding and introduction to the company for new customers.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans with desired outcomes and value expectations.
• Host recurring customer meetings and business reviews with customers.
