Job summary

Tek Analytics, LLC is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to lead discovery, design scalable software solutions, and drive delivery of high-quality systems.

You will partner with product, engineering, and security teams to translate business needs into architectures, mentor junior engineers, and ensure alignment with regulatory and security standards.

This role requires strong communication and hands-on experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and modern application architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution engineering or related technical role.
• Experience with enterprise software development, APIs, integrations, and modern architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others and influence technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand objectives and constraints.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure solution architectures.
• Design end-to-end solutions balancing value, feasibility, and sustainability.
• Create demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical presentations for decisions.
• Contribute to architecture documentation, proposals, and implementation plans.
• Lead testing efforts for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Coordinate deployments with infrastructure and operations teams.
• Provide post-implementation support for adoption and stability.
• Collaborate with product management, business analysts, engineering, and security partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
