Job summary

Unlimited Tech Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect to design and oversee the implementation of technology solutions aligned with client goals. You will collaborate with business leaders, developers, and account managers to create scalable, secure systems and applications.

You will report to the Head of Solution Architecture and help ensure architectural integrity across multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment across US time zones.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience, 3+ years in software development, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly figure things out with various tools.
• Accountable, mature, responsible, organized, and deliver on promises.
• Proficiency in designing scalable, reliable, and secure systems or applications.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and prioritizing changing deadlines.
• Passion for helping businesses succeed through continuous improvement and hands-on work.
• Flexibility to shift working hours to join client or internal calls across US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology teams and business analysts to design solutions meeting business needs.
• Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with the organization's goals and capabilities.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deliver detailed implementation plans that can be executed by client services.
• Work on multiple projects concurrently.
