Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio.
• Provide education and quarterly technical reviews to merchants.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams for technical solutions.
