Job summary

SAIC is seeking a skilled Tech Writer/Editor to support the Edifecs application suite and VA-related cloud migration initiatives. This 100% remote role offers autonomy, engagement with senior stakeholders, and opportunities to scale documentation across a regulated enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Edifecs is a plus.
• Strong documentation, editing, and publication skills.

Responsibilities

• Writes and updates material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical publications.
• Refines work of writers and coordinates activities of writers.
• Develops solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Maintains awareness of industry practices, standards, and procedures.
• Works with subject matter experts and stakeholders to validate information.
• Represents organization on projects with internal and external contacts.
• Ensures accuracy and timely delivery of documentation.
