Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency in supporting Aspect products and related tech.
• Strong knowledge of PCs, networks, cloud environments, OS platforms, databases, telephony, and ACDs.
• Ability to learn complex software tools quickly and explain them to others.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain knowledge of customers' technical and business environment.
• Provide in-depth problem determination and hypothesis verification, including Root Cause Analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using all available tools, resources, and documentation; construct technical plans of action.
