Job summary

Aspect Software is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide remote technical problem resolution for Aspect products. You will diagnose and troubleshoot complex systems, escalate when needed, and document actionable plans for customers and front-line teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting customers in technical environments.
• Willingness for limited travel and after-hours/on-call work.
• Flexibility to work early US hours, including weekends.
• Technical Certifications and second languages a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex systems.
• Provide remote problem resolution and escalation assistance.
• Develop and document Technical Plans of Action for customers and front-line support.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and account teams.
• Mentor new hires and share product knowledge.
• Own and close complex customer issues.
