Bayesian Health is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across the company, with a primary focus on engineering, data science, and AI/ML. This 6‑month fixed-term role includes building proactive sourcing, market mapping, and onboarding identity/work-history verification in screening processes.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, set time-to-fill baselines, and drive faster, higher-quality hires. If the role converts to full‑time, you’ll scale the recruiting function with us.

Formación

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including technical recruiting across engineering, ML/AI, and data roles, from entry-level through staff.
• 3+ years recruiting in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
• Experience designing recruiting operations, including workflows, structured interviews, scorecards, and rubrics tied to competencies.
• Evidence that you improve processes rather than work around them, something you found broken, changed, and measured.
• Working knowledge of a modern ATS (Ashby preferred), including automation, reporting, and pipeline hygiene.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting across the company with emphasis on engineering, data science, and AI/ML.
• Partner with hiring managers; conduct intake meetings and provide feedback, calibration, and closing.
• Keep candidates moving on pace; manage scheduling and time-to-fill.
• Design and optimize recruiting operations, ATS templates, workflows, and reporting; train hiring managers.
• Publish recruiting analytics to show funnel health and drive improvements.
