Job summary

pplwise GmbH is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to support a fast-growing space-tech client. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for tech, GTM, and business roles, primarily in the German market, while working remotely.

You'll collaborate with hiring managers, build pipelines, deliver forecasts, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. The role can be freelance or full-time, with an initial six-month project and potential follow-ons.

Qualifications

• Several years of full-cycle recruiting in startups or high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of the German talent market.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and delivering pipelines.
• Data-driven decisions with stakeholder satisfaction as a priority.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the client’s hiring goals end to end in tech roles or in go-to-market and business roles.
• Source and engage candidates across the German market, using your network and market knowledge.
• Manage stakeholders proactively, acting as a strategic partner who spots bottlenecks and solves them through clear communication and critical thinking.
• Build and run hiring forecasts.
• Choose the right channels and strategies, with a clear sense of urgency and backward planning.
• Use recruiting systems and data to drive decisions before and during each search.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Work closely with the wider pplwise team, giving and getting support on sourcing or delivery bottlenecks.
