Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support executive-level recruitment across North America and global business units, including Specialty Care, Vaccines, and General Medicines.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and managing full-cycle recruitment with an emphasis on passive talent and proactive pipelines. This fully remote role offers weekly pay and access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of 3 years of professional recruitment experience supporting commercial roles.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, assessment, stakeholder consultation, and offer negotiation.
• Experience developing proactive sourcing strategies, identifying passive talent, and building candidate pipelines for specialized or senior-level positions preferred.
• Workday ATS experience strongly preferred, along with excellent communication, consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies for Director-level and above positions.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build pipelines of qualified talent for current and future openings.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: requisition creation, candidate screening, assessments, interview debriefs, offers, and placement.
• Advise on recruitment processes, labor market trends, candidate selection, and hiring challenges with regular updates.
