Job summary

Sedron Technologies in the United States is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to work onsite or remotely with US teams. You will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and tech roles, while protecting the employer brand and candidate experience.

You’ll partner with People & Culture to build sourcing strategies, forecast needs for new facilities, and manage timelines across high-volume requisitions in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for engineering/technical roles.
• PHR/SHRM-CP/AIRS preferred but not required.
• Experience with Greenhouse, iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and discretion with confidential info.
• Knowledge of employment law and EEO/ADA.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies.
• Build pipelines for engineers, technicians, and ops.
• Forecast hiring needs for new facility launches.
• Represent Sedron at industry events and career fairs.
• Coach interview panels on structured interviewing.
• Track ATS metrics and report recruiting progress.
• Negotiate offers with HR leadership.
• Coordinate work by contract recruiters.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and equal opportunity.
