Qualifications

• 8+ years in systems engineering or related field, production environments.
• 3+ years SQL query writing and monitoring experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and IaC tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for complex cloud-based systems.
• Detect, document, and resolve system outages with rapid recovery.
• Work with customers and cross-functional teams on incidents and improvements.
• Maintain system assets and ensure VA security standards compliance.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures; on-call as needed.
