Job summary

Little Sleepies is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator / Engineer to own the automation backbone, design integrations, and maintain enterprise apps. This role combines hands-on system administration with automation engineering across Airtable, NetSuite, Shopify, and data pipelines.

You will work with AI tools like Claude to build reliable solutions, document workflows, and ensure data quality for Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams. Remote within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration or automation
• Advanced Airtable mastery with complex bases, interfaces, automations, and scripting
• Strong workflow automation experience with n8n and API/webhook integrations
• Scripting skills in JavaScript/Python; REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude for automations
• Experience administering enterprise apps including NetSuite, users/roles/searches
• Strong troubleshooting, ownership, and documentation habits

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automations and integrations across our stack using n8n, APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts
• Own and improve our Airtable environment used by multiple teams
• Use Claude to accelerate development of automations, scripts, and integrations
• Administer enterprise apps like NetSuite and troubleshoot sync across connected systems
• Provide high-touch, systems-specific support and own automation and enterprise systems
• Monitor data pipelines and Snowflake to ensure timely data for analytics teams
• Document systems, runbooks, and workflows with continuous improvement after issues are resolved
