Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in automation, integration, and IT systems engineering.
- Experience with Workato and comparable iPaaS platforms for API integrations and error handling.
- Proven ability to create reusable patterns adopted by other engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver complex automations and integrations across core enterprise systems.
- Evaluate ambiguous technical challenges, document decisions, and communicate risks and tradeoffs.
- Identify and address root causes in fragile integrations and data contracts.
- Develop reusable integration patterns, components, and governance foundations.
- Own monitoring, reliability, and incident response for critical automations.
