Job summary

Booksy is a remote-first, globally distributed company enabling entrepreneurs to grow their businesses while helping clients find and book beauty services easily. The role focuses on building scalable automation across HR and hiring platforms using BigQuery, SQL, and LLMs with guardrails.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn real-world processes into configurable engines, maintaining code quality in Google Cloud environments and reporting impact across markets.

Qualifications

• Strong BigQuery and SQL skills; tested early in process.
• Expert-level workflow automation: multi-step, branching, data stores, error handling, webhooks.
• Experience deploying LLMs to production with guardrails and human-in-the-loop.
• Discretion with sensitive data and GDPR-aligned handling.
• Conversational English required for company-wide communications.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations and workflows against live systems (BigQuery, Google Cloud, Apps Script).
• Deploy Claude and Gemini in production workflows with guardrails and checks.
• Design configurable engines and maintain them long-term.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to map real processes into scalable tools.
• Track hours and cost savings and report outcomes.
