Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting, designing, and implementing IP networks.
• Experience working with troubleshooting and implementing large IP networks.
• Certifications in switching and routing are a plus (JNCIA, JNCIS, CCNA, CCNP).

Responsibilities

• Document and reproduce customer problems and coordinate fixes.
• Mentor newly hired support engineers and provide training.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
