• Experience with data analysis and reporting in supply systems.

Aufgaben

• Conducts extensive searches for information on complex supply transactions and patterns.
• Prepares recurring and special reports; compiles statistics from data requiring substantial analysis.
• Develops assessment criteria, indicators, and procedures for measuring D035 system performance.
• Performs administrative support functions and maintains cooperative working relationships in automated supply systems.
• Interacts with internal and external officials and customers diplomatically and promotes cooperation.
• Tracks action items, discrepancy reports and change requests.
• Develops proposed change requests for D035; prepares documentation and testing scenarios.
• Provides briefings to Air Force senior leaders with synthesized data and results.
• Ensures outcomes of special projects positively impact the organization and quality.
• May require extended hours and travel to other installations for training and mission.
