Qualifications

• Experience analyzing operational processes, identifying gaps or constraints, and developing recommendations for improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Knowledge of Air Force logistics and DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level Management Analyst and Action Officer support to AFSC Logistics.
• Analyze logistics and related processes to identify constraints, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop briefing charts, reports, and staff products for leadership.
• Manage suspense tasks, calendars, and coordination across organizations.
• Administer SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to support collaboration and document management.
• Coordinate travel and training requirements and support security and records management.
